Horrible customer service. The front door has a sign stating that they close at 6 pm. The app said there was no wait time. I was already in the parking lot so instead of checking in online we went inside. I was told that even though it was only 5:28 pm that they wouldn't cut my childs hair. There were 2 male customers getting there hair cut. They stated that the two customers would take longer then 30 minutes for cuts. She was rude. Then blamed covid for posting incorrect information on there door. Went over to Supercuts which also closes at 6 pm. Checked in at 540 with 3 customers before my child and My child actually got a hair cut. When I explained what happened Supercuts insured me there customers where important. They treated us wonderfully!!! Supercuts was following all CDC guidelines and was able to give my son a great cut!!! Stay away from Sports clips!!!

Carrie is an amazing stylist. She always makes me feel welcome and a MVP. I leave every time with a great haircut and product. I recommend going to see her.

The online service that provides you the option to check-in in advance clearly does not reflect actual wait time or position in line you are in. I thought i had a 30 min wait time came in early to sign in and i had almost double that. This servics is suppose to help people schedule thier day accordingly but it clearly does not!
